I would translate that line as "Having to live alone on those empty nights, you should take those words back"
+ ควร means "should", คำนั้น = "those words"
- "knowing to deal with everything and anything
knowing not liking asking someone to worry about me"
I would translate as "Do you know how much I had to endure? Do you know I don't like asking anyone to worry about me?"
+ มั้ย or ไหม when added to a sentence makes it a question
- "even if you don't think... but i'm okay"
I would translate as "Even if you think it's nothing...but I am something"
+ I know it seems kind of opposite, but ไม่เป็นไร means "it's nothing/it's okay" etc., while เป็นไร means the opposite, like "It is an issue/there's something wrong/It's not okay" etc.
- thinking that having at least one person is still with you
I would translate as "There's only one person from whom the words "I miss you" still have an impression on me"
